Torell\u00f3 3 vintages 2019 2020 2021<\/p><\/div>\n

We present the new Torell\u00f3 3a 19\/20\/21 Brut Nature<\/a>, the third instalment of a corpinnat<\/a> created from 3 different vintages and 3 different grapes within the micro-vinification project that we created a few years ago to experiment new paths in the making of a sparkling wine.<\/p>\n

In this way, we assemble 3 vintages, 2019 (5% and the base wine aged in 300 litre barrels), 2020 (13% and 2021 (82%). And 3 are the ecological grape varieties from the Can Mart\u00ed Estate<\/a> that make up the coupage: macabeu (47%), xarel.lo (34%) and parellada (19%).<\/p>\n

We have produced only 6,026 75cl bottles and 211 magnums. It is a Brut Nature without the addition of sugars.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
