Varieties: 48% xarel·lo, 30% macabeo and 22% parellada, from our vines of Can Martí estate.

Ageing: 10 years of aging in the bottle. Each year the poignettage is carried out – bottle’s shacking – Thus, the yeasts are suspended and the effects of autolysis are favoured, enriching aromas and flavours.
