Grape varieties: 38% Xarel·lo, 32% Chardonnay, 17% Macabeu and 13% Parellada, from our Can Martí estate. Aging: 40 months in bottle. Every year there is poignettage (shaking the bottle), which causes the yeasts to mix again with the wine. In this way the sparkling wine is enriched in aromas and flavors. The date of disgorging is indicated on the back label.
