Olive Cultivation at Can Martí estate

We currently have nearly 500 olive trees spread across different fields at Can Martí estate. Olive cultivation has been present on our estate for centuries, as evidenced by some of our centuries-old olive trees.
Olive Varieties

The olives are harvested into a crate and taken directly to the press
At Can Martí estate, we grow Arbequina and Sabatera olive varieties. Arbequina is the most widely cultivated variety in Catalonia, whereas Sabatera is very rare, almost exclusively found in the Alt Penedès region.
Torelló Extra Virgin Olive Oil
It is an extra virgin olive oil, of superior category, obtained directly from mechanical processes, where no refining process has been carried out or any additives have been used. In addition, extra virgin olive oil is an oil with an unbeatable taste and smell, free of defects. Its maximum acidity is 0.8%.
Tasting Notes of Torelló Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Marked citrus, pungent, white pepper, green fruit, ripe apple, balsamic herbs, spicy in the mouth. Identical values of the olfactory ones. Extraordinary.
