Varieties: 64% Xarel.lo, 26% Macabeo and 10% Parellada from our Can Martí estate.
Ageing: A minimum of 120 months in the bottle. Each year the poignettage is carried out – bottle’s shacking -. Thus, the yeasts are suspended and the effects of autolysis are favoured, enriching aromas and flavours.
Presentation: 75 cl.
Tasting note: It is a complex and subtle sparkling wine, with a long aging that imparts smoky and brioche notes and a creamy texture with great finesse.
