Torelló wines and corpinnats obtained good scores in Parker 2026

Robert Parker 2026 scores
The Wine Advocate has just published its annual report on Catalan wines, one of the most highly anticipated publications in the sector, as only 68 Catalan wineries have been reviewed. The report is authored by Luis Gutiérrez, Robert Parker’s official taster for the Jura, Portugal, Madeira and Spain wine regions.
In this 2026 report, Torelló has achieved very strong scores. The six Corpinnat sparkling wines submitted all received ratings above 91+, reaching a top score of 95 points.
The scores were as follows:
- 95 points – Gran Torelló Grandes Añadas 2015.
- 94 points – Torelló Collection 2015.
- 93+ points – Gran Torelló 2017.
- 92+ points – Torelló 3 Añadas 2020/2021/2022.
- 92 points – Torelló Tradicional Brut Nature 2021.
- 91+ points – Torelló Finca Can Martí (new blend including Grenache) 2019.
- 90 points – 50 Lliures 2024.
Luis Gutiérrez highlights Gran Torelló Grandes Añadas 2015 as follows:
“The bright and expressive 2015 Gran Torelló Brut Nature ‘Grandes Añadas’ was produced with 46% Xarel·lo, 36% Macabeo and 18% Parellada from their estate vineyards in Finca Can Martí. It matured in bottle with its lees, sealed with a cork stopper and aged for 10 years. It is subtle, elegant, integrated and sleek, polished by the years in bottle, with toasty and yeasty notes alongside aromas of fresh Mediterranean herbs and pollen. It is ageing slowly and gaining complexity. The bubbles are abundant yet fine and well integrated, and the finish is long and dry with a slight bitter twist. 2,800 bottles and 220 magnums were produced. It was disgorged in October 2025.”
Estate vineyards, organic farming, manual harvesting, vinification on the property and long ageing define Torelló’s Corpinnat sparkling wines.
