Dried green apples with a touch of white tea and light ginger spice at the base, crisp and zesety into the finish. Broad, lovely structure on the palate and into a rich finish.

Soft yellow and green apple with a touch of toasted notes and soft chalky aspects along with some expressed orange peel. Fresh and creamy on the palate with a wonderful lenght in the finish

Light lemon peel with a touch of white tea and soft chalky notes on top of dried white tea leafs. Ample, fine mousse on the palate with a length finish.

Born in California and a graduate in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, Miquel Hudin is a renowned writer and wine critic with an international career. He began his journey in the wine world working for Francis Ford Coppola in Napa Valley and has published wine guides for various Catalan appellations, as well as for the wines of Georgia.

He collaborates with leading media outlets such as Decanter, The World of Fine Wine, and JancisRobinson.com, and has served as a judge in prestigious international competitions. He has received awards such as the Millesima Wine & Innovation Award (2020) and Best Drinks Writer at the Fortnum & Mason Awards (2017).
