We are very satisfied for the scores that we have been obtained from James Suckling 2023. The wine tasters have qualified our wines and sparkling wines with the following scores:

The tasting note of the Torelló Collection 2012 is:
A savoury sparkling here with intense flavours. Roasted cashews, pine nuts, honey and some roasted sweet potatoes. Quite intense, bone-dry and saline on the palate with a subtle, melted perlage. Drink now.

Quite a yeasty nose showing plenty of sourdough, cooked lemons, apples and cashews. Bone-dry and pretty intense on the palate full of sour bread and lemon zest. Lengthy finish. Drink now.
The tasting note of the Torelló Tradicional Brut Nature 2017 is:
A fresh, fragrant and dry sparkling with aromas of pear skins, lemons, grapefruit and sourdough. Medium-bodied with fine bubbles and a balanced, creamy finish. Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.
